This shop is a new endeavor. Please excuse any hiccups or mishaps I have as I newly navigate selling online.

Shipping

Orders of items for the table are typically shipped in 2 – 3 business days via USPS insured Priority Mail. Shipping and delivery for custom orders and orders for large work will be confirmed individually depending upon location and order type.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped and prepared for shipping. I aim to use 100% recyclable packing materials, and also utilize post-consumer recycled packaging when possible. Please let me know if you are shipping a gift, and I would be happy to include a gift message on your behalf.

Breakage

In the rare event that breakage occurs during shipping, I would be happy to offer a replacement of a comparable in stock item or refund your item. I do require complete documentation of the condition of the piece, along with the original packing, in order to complete the replacement or refund. Please contact info@aimeeehrman.com for any issues related to breakage.

Care of Tableware

Items for the table are dishwasher safe and microwavable. However, to prolong the use and life of your ceramics, I recommend hand-washing. Overtime, dishwashing may create micro-abrasions on the surface of the ceramics which may diminish the surface shine and quality.

Returns and Exchanges

I am happy to offer a return of items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact info@aimeeehrman.com to receive a return label. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges accrued throughout the return process. Due to the unique experimental nature of items in the store, I am unable to offer exchanges.

General Policies

While I aim to fulfill every order, I reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason within 24 hours of the order being placed.
